Following residency, Dr. Nemes taught in a clinical setting at the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University while treating patients at Alameda County Medical Center in Oakland, CA. She also instructed residents during that time and began work at a private practice at Seton Medical Center in Daly City.

She is a board certified foot surgeon with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.  She spent 10 years as a wound care specialist at Seton Center for Advanced Wound Care. While she has experience in teaching, lecturing, publishing articles and conducting research, her passion lies in treating patients.

Dr. Nemes has lived in Pacifica since 2000 and is happy to be part of the community.  She is a wife and proud mother of 3 amazing children.  She is a co-founder of Pacifica Runners.  She has served as a member of the AYSO board.  She has also helped to organize 5 youth tournament baseball teams.  She was a member of the Pacifica Mother's Club and has worked with them to coordinate meals for the Pacifica Fire Departments in thanks of their service.  She spends her free time hiking, exercising, traveling, cooking, attending her kids' sporting events, as well as walking her 3 pugs.
