Dr. Nemes started her career teaching students and residents while treating the underserved population in Oakland, CA.  She then built a practice in Daly City, specializing in wound care and surgery.  In 2013, she transitioned to her own office in Pacifica.  She has focused on developing a practice where all feel welcome and cared for.   She strongly feels each patient should be listened to and care directed at that person, as an individual.  Her staff supports this goal by making each patient feel  that they are our top priority.  She enjoys the variety podiatry has to offer from at-risk foot care to minor office procedures to sports injuries to orthotic castings.  She strongly believes in conservative care first and factors lifestyle into treatment plans.  She looks forward to meeting you and working with you to help treat your foot ailments and preventing future ones.

On a personal note, Dr. Nemes is happily married to her college sweetheart and has never-ending pride in her 3 children.  She works mornings in order to be a chauffeur to her kids in the afternoons.  She has called Pacifica her home for over 20 years.  She feels strongly about giving back to the community.   She has spent years volunteering in her kids' elementary school, serving as team parent for rec league soccer, baseball and basketball teams and helping to organize tournament baseball teams.  She is a co-founder of the Pacifica Runners Club.  She is often found volunteering to treat soccer players at a San Francisco club.  She recently became certified to ref youth soccer games.   She enjoys working out, hiking, reading, researching nutrition and biohacks, as well as cuddling with her 3 pugs.
